Bond the underlayment materials on the backside of the flooring to improve the ability of sound insulation.After adjusting the flooring straight system, the floor go with the conveyor and be coated with glue, go through the heating oven ,laminate the underlayment (IXPE/EVA) tightly by rubber rollers ,then trimming.
The automatic flooring underlayment laminating machine made by HallMark is controlled by PLC system,which is easy to use.
The machine is designed for sticking smoothly the underlayment on the back side of the WPC floor,SPC floor,laminating floor and other floor. The film and the floor are firmly and flatly bonded together.

① This unit consists of specially designed belt (Soft enough to prevent the surface of the flooring from getting scratch) and main machine structure.
② The guide liner and flooring baffle makes sure the straightness of flooring when conveying via the belt one by one .
③ Make sure the flooring baffle is fixed with a right height to make sure there is one flooring pass each time.
④ Make the press Roller down to touch the flooring
① The glue spreader system is consist with two stainless steel roller.
② The Users can adjust the glue amount by the speed between the glue spreader roller and supporting roller.
③ The glue roller is heated by the temperature moulding controller .
④ The new designed two-steel roller applicator can stop the glue from leaking.
① This part is equipped with falling conveying; positioning backing, servo active unwinding, servo cutting.
② After the glue is applied, the ground is conveyed to the laminating position, and the servo unwinding passes through the new tension control system.Prevent stretching of the film. After the film is finished, the silent film will be cut by the servo cutting machine.
The finished floor and floor are conveyed to the trimming machine in an orderly manner through a belt.
① The floor finished with film passes through a special magazine (this magazine has a roller table + a flat form,
and its stability is far better than that of a traditional magazine), and enters the trimming machine in an orderly manner.
②The underlayment is trimmed by a round blade driven by a high-speed motor to shave the excess underlayment film.
③ Equipped with a waste recycling device to absorb and concentrate the excess underlayment film.
SPC floor uses calcium powder and PVC as the main raw materials, non-toxic and renewable resources
Even if something burns on the SPC floor ,such as cigarette or a lighter,it will not be affected.
There is a wear-resistant layer on the surface, its wear-resistant revolution can reach 8000-16000 . Ordinary laminate flooring are generally only 1200-9000 revolutions.

Mixer unit combines hot mixer with cold mixer process, and the hot mixer material automatically enters the cold mixer to cool it, eliminate the residual gas, and prevent caking.
The SPC floor extruder converts the mixed raw materials into the SPC core layer by the double screw and T-die, and laminating the wear-resistant layer and decor film on the core layer with emboss roller, and finally form the large board of the SPC floor.
UV coating line is designed for coating UV varnish on SPC floor,WPC floor,WPC floor,LVT floor,PVC marble sheet,PVC cabinet board etc,which can give the feathers of anti scratch,bacteria roof,stain resistance.Each Coating roller controlled by individual motor to make exact coating quantity and effect.
Usually, the multi-rip saw is connected with the double end tenoner(DET) line. The multi-rip saw is used to cut the SPC large board into several small pieces, and then turn over the board and enter the DET line to do the click profile on the long and short sides. It can be matched with automatic feeding system to reduce labor.
Cut some of the upper edge of the SPC floor at 30/45°, and then paint it. After paving, the seam will show a V-shaped notch. The edge color is rich and layered, and it is more beautiful.
