SPC Floor Extrusion Line
The SPC floor extruder conv erts the mixed raw materials into the SPC core layer by the double screw and T-die, and laminating the wear-resistant layer and decor film on the core layer with emboss roller, and finally form the large board of the SPC floor.
UV Coating Line
UV coating line is designed for coating UV varnish on SPC floor,WPC floor,WPC floor,LVT floor,PVC marble sheet,PVC cabinet board etc,which can give the feathers of anti scratch,bacteria roof,stain resistance.Each Coating roller controlled by individual motor to make exact coating quantity and effect.
Cutting and double end tenoner Line
Usually, the multi-rip saw is connected with the double end tenoner(DET) line. The multi-rip saw is used to cut the SPC large board into several small pieces, and then turn over the board and enter the DET line to do the click profile on the long and short sides. It can be matched with automatic feeding system to reduce labor.
V Groove Painting Line (Optional)
Cut some of the upper edge of the SPC floor at 30/45°, and then paint it. After paving, the seam will show a V-shaped notch. The edge color is rich and layered, and it is more beautiful.
IXPE/EVA Paminating Line (Optional)
Bond the underlayment materials on the backside of the SPC flooring to improve the ability of sound insulation.
Auto Packing and Stacking Line (Optional)
It can automatically fold the carton, put a certain number SPC flooring into the carton and pack it automatically, and finally stack it with a conveyor or robot.
