1.Automatic Counting & Stacking System
Accurately counts and stacks boards into uniform bundles based on predefined settings (e.g., number of panels or bundle height).
2.Bundle Pressing Station (Optional)
Gently compresses the bundles for solid packing—especially useful for solid wood and SPC flooring to eliminate gaps and improve wrapping line.
3.Film Wrapping Machine
Wraps each bundle in shrink film or stretch film.
Ensures protection against dust, moisture, and scratches during storage and transit.
4.Shrink Tunnel (if shrink film is used)
Applies heat to shrink the film tightly around the bundle for a neat, sealed finish.
5.Strapping Machine (Optional)
Applies PET or PP straps to strengthen the packaging—ideal for heavy bundles and export flooring packaging Line.
6.Edge Protector Insertion (Optional)
Adds corner or edge guards to prevent damage from handling and strapping.
7.Outfeed Conveyor & Palletizing Zone
