This automatic machine is mainly applicable to the continuous production of solid wood floor,laminate floor and engineered floor, advanced design, simple structure, easy operation and intensive automation .

It can process 45，60 degree special angle diamond floor,and also can do the regular floor with 90°angle.

The 45/60 degree double end tenoner is a high precision double-chain track synchronous continuous feeding method.  After manual loading in the front-end floor stock bin,the floor is transported into the processing stations of the grooving machine by the conveyor chain at a set angle.

• The equipment includes fixed side rails and movable side rails. The movement of the crawler on the two guide rails is controlled by servo motors to ensure accuracy.

• The fixed side can also be moved longitudinally to meet the needs of the positive and negative angles of the floor (+45° to -45°). At the same time, the fixed side is also moved by a single ball screw, ensuring the required precision. U-shaped guide rail is adopted to ensure processing straightness.

• Simple operation, set the length and angle of the floor directly on the touch screen.

• There are 5 stations on one side, a total of 10 stations, and each station is equipped with a vacuum port;
  

• Equipped with dial fine adjustment, the accuracy can reach 0.01mm

• The machine is equipped with a soundproof cover with sound-absorbing cotton inside
