The Automatic Flooring Carton Packing Machine is designed for efficient and consistent carton packaging of SPC, LVT, PVC and other compatible rigid flooring products.
With a rated packing capacity of 10–12 cartons per minute, the system combines automatic carton feeding, flooring loading, carton forming and hot melt glue sealing in a coordinated packaging process.
Its modular mechanical design, PLC control system and adjustable packaging stations allow manufacturers to handle different carton specifications with less manual intervention.

Flooring Stacking and Positioning
Flooring planks are stacked and aligned according to the required packaging quantity before entering the machine.
Automatic Flooring Infeed
The flooring stack is transferred by roller conveyor to the packaging station.
Automatic Carton Feeding
A vacuum suction mechanism picks individual carton blanks and transfers them into position through a linear drive system.
Flooring Loading and Carton Forming
The feeding mechanism pushes the flooring stack into the carton while the forming mechanisms fold the carton sides and edges.
Hot Melt Glue Sealing
Five glue guns apply hot melt adhesive at the designated sealing positions. The forming mechanisms press the carton into its finished shape.
Finished Carton Discharge
Sealed cartons leave the machine through the outlet conveyor and can be transferred to an automatic palletizing system.
