Product Description
We provides customized Automated Warehousing Lines for SPC flooring, HDF flooring, laminate flooring and decorative wall panel production facilities.
Designed to connect manufacturing, packaging and finished-goods storage, the system combines automated pallet conveying, high-bay racking, storage and retrieval equipment, and intelligent warehouse control.
Depending on the project, the warehousing line can incorporate stacker cranes, shuttle systems, pallet identification stations, automated transfer conveyors and warehouse management software.
Each system is configured according to the customer's product dimensions, pallet weight, required storage capacity, inbound and outbound throughput, and available warehouse space.
1. High-Bay Automated Storage
Multi-level warehouse racking makes use of available building height to organize palletized flooring and panel products. Storage density is optimized according to rack structure, pallet dimensions and handling equipment.
2. Automatic Storage and Retrieval
Stacker cranes or compatible shuttle systems transfer pallets between warehouse entry stations and assigned storage positions, reducing manual material handling in the storage area.
3. Automated Pallet Conveying
Conveyor and transfer equipment connect palletizing stations, inbound checkpoints, warehouse aisles and outbound handling areas.
4. Intelligent Warehouse Control
Configured WMS and WCS functions can manage storage locations, inventory identification, equipment tasks and product movement throughout the warehouse.
5. Storage for Different Flooring and Panel Products
Suitable load carriers and storage positions can be designed for packaged SPC flooring, HDF-based flooring and decorative wall panels of different dimensions.
6. Non-Standard Customized Design
Warehouse height, rack arrangement, conveyor routing, pallet handling method and control integration are evaluated according to the customer's actual production and warehouse requirements.
The number of storage levels and pallet positions is determined by available building height, rack arrangement, pallet dimensions and equipment clearances.Warehouse structural conditions, floor loading, fire protection and maintenance access must also be considered during engineering.
Standard pallets, oversized pallets or specially designed load carriers can be evaluated for different flooring and wall panel products. The handling system should provide suitable support for packaged loads and account for load stability during transport, lifting and storage.
Storage equipment and conveyor systems should be selected according to actual production output and shipping requirements.Where necessary, multiple conveyor routes or storage aisles can be evaluated to balance warehouse capacity and throughput.
WMS and WCS functions can be configured to manage product identification, storage location records, inbound and outbound tasks, and warehouse equipment coordination.Connections to existing ERP or MES systems can be assessed according to interface availability and project requirements.
