Product Description
Our machine stretch wrap film is available in thicknesses from 12 to 30 microns, with a standard width of 500 mm and a 76 mm core diameter. Custom film specifications are available to meet different pallet wrapping equipment and industrial packaging requirements.
Designed for automatic and semi-automatic pallet wrapping applications, the film offers cling performance, stretchability and puncture resistance to help stabilize pallet loads throughout the logistics process.

The appropriate film specification depends on pallet weight, load shape, product edges, transport conditions and wrapping machine settings.

Pallet Positioning
The palletized load is positioned on the wrapping machine or conveyed into the wrapping station.
Film Feeding
Stretch film is supplied from the machine-mounted roll and attached or applied to the pallet load according to the equipment design.
Film Stretching and Tension Control
The wrapping system applies film tension. Machines equipped with powered pre-stretch units stretch the film before applying it to the load.
Pallet Wrapping
The film is wrapped around the pallet and packaged goods using a selected wrapping pattern, overlap and number of layers.
Film Cutting and Finishing
After the wrapping cycle, the film is cut or secured according to the machine configuration, and the completed pallet is discharged or removed.
